Chapter 8: Roof Assembly

5. Align the holes along the edge of the next top panel (121) with the holes of the previously installed

top panel (121).

6. Install 3/8" x 1" flange bolts (3) and 3/8" flange nuts (15) to the holes at the overlap, securing the top

panels (121) with the center collar channel brackets (120).

7. Continue installing the remaining top panels (121) until the gap between the outer and inner center

collars (119) is covered.

NOTE:

Remember to remove the flange bolts (3) from the first top panel (121) before placing rope
caulk (122) between the overlap of the first and the last panels.

8. Tighten all the hardware to the recommended torque specifications. See
