The input modes change each time

is pressed
as follows:

In Japanese mode, the character input mode changes
in the following order: “kanji” → “one-byte katakana” →
“one-byte alphabets” → “one-byte numeric”.
You can select the following input modes by pressing
p
on the character entry screen.

■ Returning to the previous character:
Pressing

character brings back to the previous
character. The character appears in the
reverse order of character switching every

) However, when voiced
or semi-voiced sounds are entered or upper
and lower case are changed, you cannot
switch characters.
