Using i-motion
i-motion
You can download images and sounds from
i-mode or Internet web site to play or save them.
The saved images or sounds can be played as
i-motion or can be set for Movie ringtone (Chaku-
motion). The vocals of your favorite singers can
be used as ring tone as well as melodies (some
i-motion may not be set for Movie ringtone).

Some i-motion may not be played or saved. You
cannot change or select the type of i-motion when
downloading.
Downloading i-motion from sites
1 Display a site

Select i-motion
When downloading i-motion is finished, a
message indicating that appears.
･
When trying to download streaming type
i-motion, that cannot be played and saved
while being downloaded, or i-motion larger than
500 Kbyte, a message appears indicating that
the i-motion cannot be played. Such i-motion
cannot be played and saved.
■ i-motion played while the data is being
downloaded:
i-motion is played while the data is being
downloaded. After finishing the play, the
operation is the same as the i-motion played
after downloading data.

During playback, the following operations
are enabled:

Even if you pause or stop playing, the data
reception continues.
･
When the operation is interrupted, a
confirmation screen is displayed. Select
Yes
to interrupt.
･
When
Auto replay setting
in i-motion Setting
is set to
Auto Play OFF
, i-motion is not
played automatically.
■ i-motion played after downloading data:
i-motion is played automatically when
downloading is completed.

During playback, the following operations
are enabled:

■ When a link is set within ticker stream of
downloaded i-motion:
When a link to phone number, mail address,
or site is set in a ticker, if playing is finished or
interrupted, you can use Phone To, AV Phone
To, Mail To or Web To. For Phone To or AV
Phone To, the setting screen for dialing
conditions is displayed. For Mail To or Web
To, a confirmation screen is displayed.
