Remove the check mark from "リム
ーバブル メディア（フロッピー、CD-
ROMなど）を検索 (Search removable
media (such as a floppy disk or CD-
ROM))" ▶ Mark for "次の場所を含め
る (Include the following location)" ▶
Enter the search location of L-04A
communication setting files (Driver)
▶ Click [次へ (next)]
Enter "<CD-ROM drive letter>:￥guide￥L-04A_
USB_Driver￥Drivers￥Win2k_XP" in the "次の場所
を含める (include the following location)" field.

If the selection screen for the most
suitable software appears
Depending on the PC settings, the
following screen may appear.
If the screen appears, select "<CD-ROM
drive letter>:￥guide￥L-04A_USB_
Driver￥Drivers￥Win2k_XP" ▶ Click [次へ
(Next)] to continue the installation.

Click [完了 (Finish)] on the New
hardware search wizard completion
screen.
Repeat Steps 4 to 7 twice to install all L-04A
communication setting files.
After the installation of all L-04A communication
setting files completes, a popup message "新しいハー
ドウェアがインストールされ、使用準備ができました (New
hardware installed and ready)" will be displayed for a
few seconds from the task bar of the PC screen.
Then, check whether the L-04A communication
setting files have been installed correctly.→P9
Installing on Windows 2000

Insert the CD-ROM for L-04A into a
PC
The "L-04A CD-ROM" screen appears.
• Depending on the PC settings, this screen may
not appear. In this case, go to Step 3.

Click at the upper right of the
screen.
The "L-04A CD-ROM" screen will close.

Connect the FOMA terminal and the
PC
The "新しいハードウェアが見つかりました (New
hardware was found)" screen will be displayed for
a few seconds.
• Connecting→P3
• Connect the FOMA terminal to the PC with the
FOMA terminal turned on.
