Resources necessary for circuit working in heat recovery mode
On the basis of the circuits enabled, the respective outputs configured as circuit n° recovery valve
Analogue input configured as:
•
condenser water common inlet NTC temperature probe
•
circuit n° 1 condenser water inlet NTC temperature probe
•
circuit n° 1 condenser water outlet NTC temperature probe
•
circuit n° 2 condenser water inlet NTC temperature probe
•
circuit n° 2 condenser water outlet NTC temperature probe
•
circuit n° 3 condenser water inlet NTC temperature probe
•
circuit n° 3 condenser water outlet NTC temperature probe
•
circuit n° 4 condenser water inlet NTC temperature probe
•
circuit n° 4 condenser water outlet NTC temperature probe
•
condenser water common outlet NTC temperature probe
On the basis of the circuits enabled, the respective outputs configured as digital input configured as heat
recovery n° request.
On the basis of the circuits enabled, the respective outputs configured as circuit n° condensation probe.
WARNING ONLY FOR UNITS WITH WATER SIDE RECOVERY:
In the circuits with compressors off due to heat adjustment, the recovery valve output is deactivated even if
the heat recovery request from digital input is active.
51. HEAT RECOVERY WORKING FROM DIGITAL INPUT
51.1 UNIT WITH SEPARATE HYDRAULIC CIRCUITS
Par.
rC01
= 1 unit with separate hydraulic circuits:
CIRCUIT N° 1 WORKING
With heat recovery function enabled, unit on in cooling mode and if the condensation temperature/pressure
conditions allow, entry into heat recovery working mode is obtained in circuit n° 1. If the digital input is
configured as heat recovery request, circuit n° 1 is active. With digital input active, the relay output
configured as circuit n° 1 heat recovery valve is activated.
When the unit enters heat recovery mode as requested by the digital input, the heat recover mode status
(even if the digital input request expires) is maintained for a minimum time set in the par. rC04 = minimum
working time in heat recovery mode.
When the digital input request expires and the unit leaves the heat recovery mode, if the digital input request
occurs again it is not satisfied for the time set in the Par. rC05 = minimum delay between end of heat
recovery and next heat recovery.
The same working is obtained in the other circuits if configured.
ENTRY - EXIT FROM HEAT RECOVERY MODE OF THE CIRCUITS CONFIGURED WITH JUST ONE
POWER STEP
Both on entry and exit from recovery mode, the delay times rC04 and rC05 are not considered and the
recovery valve is activated or deactivated immediately.
ENTRY INTO HEAT RECOVERY MODE OF THE CIRCUITS WITH MORE THAN ONE POWER STEP
Circuit n° configured with more than one power step (e.g. circuit configured with 3 compressors). If the
temperature control requests the switch-on of one or more steps and a heat recovery request arrives from
digital input, a power step is inserted on the basis of rotation. The insertion of other steps is prevented for
time rC02. When the time set in Par. rC02= step forced deactivation time has passed, the heat recovery
valve is activated. After the recovery valve has been activated on expiry of the time set in the Par. rC03 =
step forced deactivation time. If temperature control requests, the previously-requested power steps can be
re-activated, after activation of the recovery valve.
EXIT FROM HEAT RECOVERY MODE OF THE CIRCUITS CONFIGURED WITH MORE THAN ONE
POWER STEP
