Version: 02/03/2010
•
if the temperature measured by the condensation or evaporation probe < dF10 for circuit n° 1,< dF11
for circuit n° 2,< dF12 for circuit n° 3,< dF13 for circuit n° 4 go to phase 3
•
otherwise wait to satisfy the dF10/dF14 set
3. If no probe has been configured as combined defrost NTC, pass to phase 3
4. According to the circuit that passes to phase n° 3 the display indicates the input in defrost mode of circuit
n°
ALL UNITS:
WARNING:
Before starting the phase 3 defrost cycle, the delay must have passed between the defrost of the two circuits
counted from the end of the last dF06 defrost par.
WARNING:
Both manual defrost (that can be performed without conditions satisfied) and forced defrost (with conditions
satisfied) do not consider the delay times set in Par. dF09 / dF06 and the defrost cycle will be performed
immediately by all circuits.
ALL UNITS WITH UNIQUE DEFROST
Defrost is unique if the unit has a unique condenser selected via parameter FA05.
Parameter FA05 type of condensation
0= unique condensation
1= separate condensers
2= unique condensation of the two circuits (n°1 + n° 2) (n° 3 + n° 4)
IN THE UNIT WITH UNIQUE DEFROST THE CIRCUITS MUST START TO DEFROST AT THE SAME
TIME
END OF THE DEFROST CYCLE IN UNITS WITH SEVERAL CIRCUITS AND UNIQUE CONDENSATION
VENTILATION
Depends on the value of the parameter dF26
0= independent
1= if all have reached the defrost end condition
2= if at least one has reached the defrost end condition
START OF THE DEFROST CYCLE IN UNITS WITH SEVERAL CIRCUITS
Depends on the value of the parameter dF27
0= independent
1= if all have reached the defrost start request
2= if at least one has reached the defrost start request
PHASE 3
: management of the reverse valve Par.
dF07
(stand-by time in OFF of the compressor before
defrost)
If dF07=0 the valve is turned without any compressor block and the defrost cycle is carried out immediately if
temperature control or parameter dF18/19/20/21 request start-up of more than one compressor per circuit.
Switch-on between the compressors of that circuit takes place after time dF22 has passed (switch-on delay
time between defrost steps).
If dF07 is different to 0:
PHASE 3
: management of the reverse valve
This phase must always be performed
1. All compressors and/or partialisations present in the unit are switched off (the compressor/s LED flashes
during this phase)
2. Wait for a time equal to dF07/2
3. Activate the reverse valve
4. Wait for a time equal to dF07/2
5. START OF THE CYCLE IF THE START-UP OF MORE THAN ONE COMPRESSOR PER CIRCUIT IS
REQUESTED BY TEMPERATURE CONTROL OR PARAMETER. SWITCH-ON BETWEEN THE
COMPRESSORS OF THAT CIRCUIT TAKES PLACE AFTER TIME dF22 HAS PASSED
The compressor functions at 100% if always OFF is present
All steps of circuit n° 1 if there are more than one with dF18=1 ON otherwise OFF
All steps of circuit n° 2 if there are more than one with dF19=1 ON otherwise OFF
All steps of circuit n° 3 if there are more than one with dF20=1 ON otherwise OFF
All steps of circuit n° 4 if there are more than one with dF21=1 ON otherwise OFF
If dF07=0 the valve is turned without any compressor block
