52.2 HEAT RECOVERY SIDE PRIORITY
rC02 = 1 Heat recovery side priority
Heat recovery working mode is obtained only if the unit is in cooling mode on call of the recovery
temperature control.
In this case compressor switch-on/off refers to the condenser probes, therefore hot water is obtained (heat
recovery working mode) even without a request for cold water.
DISABLING/ENABLING OF HEAT RECOVERY WORKING DUE TO CONDENSATION
PRESSURE/TEMPERATURE
The heat recovery mode is disabled to allow the unit to function in cooling plus recovery mode to prevent a
possible high pressure intervention Disabling of the heat recovery working mode is managed via the
analogue input configured as circuit n° condensation probe (according to the value set in the Par
CF07=0
temperature control or
CF07= 1
pressure control).
WORKING
DISABLING OF HEAT RECOVERY
With the heat recovery working state selected due to temperature control compressors switch-on request, if
the condensation pressure/temperature is the same as or exceeds the set rC06 = heat recovery function
disabling set, the heat recovery function is activated in the circuit to which the transducer/NTC probe belong.
ENABLING OF HEAT RECOVERY
If the condensation temperature or pressure drops below the set rC06 = heat recovery disabling set– the
differential rC07= heat recovery enabling differential the heat recovery function is enabled in the circuit to
which the transducer/NTC probe belong.
NOTES HEAT RECOVERY ENABLING DISABLING
To prevent prolonged working in heat recovery disabling with temperature/pressure conditions between
deactivation set and activation differential, when the condensation temperature/pressure is below the set
rC06 the time set in the Par. rC08= Maximum heat recovery disabling time due to condensation
pressure/temperature is counted. When this time expires the heat recovery function is enabled even if the
temperature has not dropped below the rC06 set – the rC07 differential.
CONDENSATION FAN MANAGEMENT IN HEAT RECOVERY MODE
The working of the relay outputs or ventilation control proportional depend on the parameter rC09 = 0. The
fans are always enabled with working in heat recovery mode.
rC09 = 1 unit with 1 circuit and 1 row of fans (FA05 = 0):
the fans output is disabled in heat recovery mode
rC09 = 1 unit with several circuits and 1 row of fans (FA05 = 0):
with heat recovery working of just one circuit the fans output is managed by the transducer/condensation
probe of the circuit that is not recovering
the fans output is disabled with heat recovery working of both circuits
rC09 = 1 unit with several separate ventilation circuits (FA05 = 1):
the relative fans output is disabled in heat recovery working mode
the fans outlet is enabled if:
there is no heat recovery call
the threshold of parameter rC6 is exceeded (to prevent the high pressure intervention).
