29. COMPRESSOR LIQUID INJECTION SOLENOID VALVE FUNCTION
Four relay outputs are available for the management of a liquid injection solenoid valve for the compressor
n° 1 / 2 / 3 / 4
The function is active for the compressor if:
If a relay output is configured as a compressor liquid injection solenoid valve and an analogue output as a
compressor discharge temperature PTC probe.
29.1 WORKING
With compressor in OFF the relay output that controls the liquid injection solenoid valve is
ALWAYS
in OFF
mode. With compressor in ON, if the temperature measured by the compressor discharge temperature PTC
probe reaches the set-point CO15, the solenoid valve is activated. The valve is deactivated when the
temperature measured drops below the CO51 set point - the CO52 differential.
30. COMPRESSOR WITH INVERTER MANAGEMENT (FUNCTION NOT AVAILABLE)
The 0÷10V signal is supplied by one of the device 4 analogue inputs that can be configured:
•
The signal can be controlled in pressure or in temperature mode (NTC probe)
•
There can be up to 3 steps in one circuit 1 modulating comp. + 2 ON/OFF
The logic in cooling and heating mode is described in the graphics below:
the power percentage is increased by a delay that can be set from 1 to 250 seconds at peak and normal
conditions (with resolution of 1 second) and with steps of 1% at a time in a way to take the compressor from
0 to 100% if requested, without sudden variations.
