6.1 Automated Testing with ES601

Plus

AUTOSEQUENCE MODE can be entered from either the power-on STARTUP menu, or by
pressing the AUTO MODE button on the MANUAL MODE menu of ES601

Plus

. This menu

allows the user to select various automated tests as well as administrative functions (System Settings,
Review Tests, etc.) as previously described in Chapter 5.

6.1.1 Safety AutoSequences

Safety AutoSequences of ES601

Plus

correspond to lists of sequential voltage, current and resistance

measurements made on the DUT. Twenty-four default Safety AutoSequences allow ES601

Plus

to

be immediately usable upon delivery. Descriptions of the default Safety AutoSequences are provided
in Appendix A.
