Note: In Fig u re 107 the example procedure shown contains an AutoSequence with a "SAF01"
Command. This is an Instruction to perform Safety AutoSequence #01 from the available list of 24
Safety Autosequences.
To run an AutoSequence from within a Test Procedure, an Instruction to invoke that AutoSequence
must first be created in the Instruction List. Press Edit Instruction Table and select Type ‘A’ for the
op code. Choose the type of AutoSequence (Safety, ECG, General Inspection, User Tester, etc.) and
a sequence #. The Instruction created will reflect the type and number of the Instruction required.
For example, selecting ECG Autosequence #03 will create the Instruction command "ECG03", or
selecting User Tester #1, sequence #5, will create the Instruction command "UT105".
To help in creating AutoSequence Instructions for use in Test Procedures, it is assumed the user of
the ES601pc program will have a list of Safety, ECG or User-Tester AutoSequence titles printed out
and available for reference. Such printouts can be made from the Editors used to make those types
of sequences. Alternatively, the user can run a second instance of ES601pc and use the Safety
Autosequence Editor, ECG AutoSequence Editor, or any other Editor of ES601pc to view the titles
and other details of the AutoSequences, and choose the desired AutoSequence number for the
AutoSequence Instruction being created in the Instruction Editor.
Do not try to make modifications in the second instance of ES601pc, as it
may be possible to corrupt the data files if both instances of the program are
trying to write to the same file(s).
