buttons are available. "Pass" indicates the DUT reflects the waveform as produced by ES601

Plus

.

"Fail" indicates the waveform is not correctly displayed on the DUT. "Fault Found and Corrected"
indicates the problem causing what would normally be a failure was resolved (such as a bad lead that
was replaced) during the test.

After stepping through the waveform sequence, the QWERTY keypad is displayed to allow
comments to be added to the test, such as “Lead 2 / RL bad – Replaced”. The comments field
allows for 40 ASCII characters. Entry of the comment is optional. When the

ENTER

key on the

QWERTY keypad is pressed, the SAVE TEST RECORD menu is displayed.
