Troubleshooting
With a multimeter measure the voltage between the
following points:
OBC C22
Connector
Pin 23
Pin 22
OBC C22
Connector
OBC C22
Connector
Pin 21
Pin 22
OBC C22
Connector
No
Is the voltage 11V
or higher?
Yes
Does the HMI also
display F0095 or
F0008?
No
Yes
Refer to the specific
troubleshooting tree.
Disconnect connector C11 and C12
from MPDM.
Disconnect connector C100 from
ground.
Refer to connector investigation
Turn ignition OFF.
Defective OBC.
Replace OBC.

Defective connector.
Replace the connector as described in the “Wire
Harness Connector Identification, Location, and
Service Chart” in the Service Manual
