Troubleshooting 

While the pump is off, check the 

coolant level in the reservoir.

Turn ignition OFF.

Inspect each hose in the cooling 

circuit.

Is any hose kinked, pinched, 

or loose?

Yes

Connect, repair, or replace the 

hose.

Refill coolant if necessary.

Is the coolant level low?

Yes

No

Refill coolant.

Check the cooling circuit for 

leaks.

Is there any leak in the 

cooling circuit?

Repair the leak and refill
