Receiving Faxes
Documents Received in Memory
The MultiPASS L60 will automatically receive incoming faxes into its
memory if it encounters a problem that prevents it from printing
normally. The LCD will display a message showing the problem. See
below for correcting the problem.

The MultiPASS L60 memory can store up to approximately 90 A4-size
pages.
Messages Displayed When Documents are Received in
Memory
If the MultiPASS L60 receives a document into its memory, the LCD
displays one of the following messages. These messages show the action
you must take to correct the problem.
Cause:
The toner cartridge ran out of toner or is not installed
properly.
Action:
Make sure the cartridge is installed properly, and install a
new one if necessary. See “Installing/Replacing the Toner
Cartridge” on page 2-29.
Cause:
The MultiPASS L60 ran out of paper.
Action:
Add paper to the multi-purpose tray. See “Loading
Recording Paper” on page 2-35.
Cause:
A paper jam occurred.
Action:
Clear the jam. See “Paper Jams” on page 11-5.
Once you have corrected the problem, the MultiPASS L60 automatically
prints the documents stored in memory.
