Paper Handling

Loading Paper Manually

You can load paper manually, one sheet at a time, using the manual
feed slot. You can load plain paper (64 to 105 g/m

), envelopes,

transparencies, and other special papers.

Be sure to use face-up delivery when printing on media other than
plain paper. See page 4-9 for details.

Open the paper guides to the approximate width of the sheet of
paper.

Insert one sheet into the manual feed slot.

Make sure the print side is facing you and the top edge goes
into the slot first.

❏

Insert the sheet until it stops, but do not force it in.
