Press[MODE], [Shift] + [4] [0] keys.
Confirm with [ ] key.

Press[Shift] + [3] keys.
The display shows:
1. Fillacleanvial(24 mm Ø)with exactly 10 ml of deionised
water , closetightly with the cap.
2. Placethe vial in the sample chamber making sure that
the marks
are aligned.
3. Press ZERO key.
4. Removethe vial from the sample chamber.
5. Add exactly 2 ml SPADNSreagent solution to the
water sample. Caution: Vial is filled up to the top!
6. Close the vial tightly with the cap and swirl gently
severaltimes to mix the contents.
