Additional smart card details. For recovery set cards,
the details include the recovery set size and the
card''s position within the set; e.g., 2 of 5

A unique name for the card, derived from the card''s
serial number and usage

The name of the Encryption Group used to initialize
the card. For recovery set cards, this identifies which
group''s master key is backed up on the card.
