If B CGP supplied the trailer for your boat, it is designed
specifically for your boat and it is commercial grade.
The trailer co nstruct ion is heavy-duty and it exce eds the
ca paci ty req uirements for your boat. This trailer might be
eq uipped with additional upgrades to suit your mission.
Regulations co ntrolling trailer eq uipment and manufact ure
vary from place to place . Y ou must verify that your trailer
meets the laws and transportation regulations in the
states or co untries where you use it.
Refer to the trailer owner’ s manual for detailed information
about the operation and maintenance of this trailer.
If you sup p lied the trailer for your b oat, you must b e
satis ed that the trailer s design is adequate or your
b oat.
Review these guidelines when evaluating a cu stomer-
supplied trailer:
The trailer’ s net ca rrying ca paci ty must exce ed the
weight of the boat in its fully-loaded co ndition
Construct ion materials must suit your operating
environment
The trailer should have torsion axles
All trailer eq uipment ( brake s, tires, winch , straps,
etc. ) should be heavy-duty
Trailer bunks must be co ntinuous and as long as
possible
Trailer bunk angle must match the boat
Trailer bunks must be parallel with the boat ce nterline
and must not touch any lifting strake
Trailer bunks must not be segmented or swivel
Trailer must not be an “ all-roller” design
Trailer must not support boat weight at any single,
co nce ntrated point such as a ke el roller
Trailer might be eq uipped with a barge stop to support
the boat
