Sp eed Control
•
M ove the shift lever forward from the F ORWARD
gear detent to incr ease engine speed in forward
gear.
•
M ove the shift lever backw ard from the RE V E RS E
gear detent to incr ease speed in reverse gear.
Auto Sync®
The uniq ue Auto S ync® feature has been designed to
synch ronize AL L engines, automatica lly, when the port
and starboard co ntrol levers are within 1 0 degrees of
each other and the engines are running above 1 5 0 0 rpm
and below 9 5 perce nt throttle. This feature eliminates the
need for the levers to be perfect ly aligned in order to
synch ronize the three engines.
T hrottle O nly
This func tion on the D TS co ntrol pad allows the operator
to inc rease engine RP M for warm-up without engaging
the propeller. To engage throttle only, move the co ntrol
handle to neutral, press the “ throttle only” button and
move the throttle( s) ahead to the forward detent. The horn
will sound once and the neutral lights will ash. The horn
will sound twice when throttle only is engaged. Advance
the throttle( s) to incr ease engine RP M . To disengage,
return co ntrol handle to neutral and press the “ throttle
only” button.

The dual-lever D TS co ntrol has a neutral throttle
feature. D epress the
T hrottle O nly button and
move the shift lever forward to incr ease engine
speed in NE UTRAL . The warning horn will beep
and the red Neutral LED will ash, indicating that
the neutral throttle feature is select ed.

M ove the shift lever back to NE UTRAL to
disengage the neutral throttle feature.
