3. Perform one of the following steps:

If the current directory has separate fields for last name and first name:
a.
In the First Name box, select the directory field that will be used for the first name.
b. In the Last Name box, select the directory field that will be used for the last name.
•
If the current directory does not have separate fields for last name and first name (that is, the last
name and first name appear in the same field), select the directory field that will be used for the
name in the First Name,Last Name box.
4. In the Dial box, select the directory field that will be dialed by default.
5. In the Switch Phone box, select the directory field that will be used for the phone number on the ACP
server.
6. In the Email box, select the directory field that will be used for the email address.
7. In the Notes box, select the directory field that will be the Notes field.
8. When you are finished, choose the
OK
button.
