Inspecting the transportation lock screw for transport and rotation

Turn off all:
•
electric power supply to the robot
•
hydraulic pressure supply to the robot
•
air pressure supply to the robot
Before entering the robot working area.

Remove any dirt from the hole in axis 2. The
groove on the sleeve is supposed to be aligned
with the frame in lifting, rotating and transportation
position.

Make sure that there are no deformations or
damage to the sleeve or the screw.

Make sure that the screw and sleeve are in their
correct position when lifting, rotating or transport-
ing the robot.

Tightening torque: 75 Nm±15 Nm
Check the tightening torque.

Always keep the transportation lock screw and
sleeve in the parking position when not in use.
