5 Using TMA Grand Master

steet lists data by cores, but data are sorted by annotaton color
per donor. Ttis steet is created only if at least one annotaton color is present in tte
export parameter list. Ttis steet includes Donor Block ID, Donor Block Images, PCR
sample count, Donor Core Heigtt, PCR Tube ID, and Annotaton Color columns. For
example, if 6 cores tave been extracted from a donor block, among wtict 3 are marked
witt red annotaton, 2 are marked witt yellow, and 1 is marked witt green, tten 3
separate rows are presented in ttis steet sorted by annotaton colors.

On tte
By_Sample_Core
steet you can fnd PCR data sorted by tube in tte following
columns: Donor Block ID, Donor Block Images, Donor Core Heigtt, Spot Slide, PCR Tube
ID, Tube (e.g.: '2/4, PCR Tube 7'), Annotaton Color and Annotaton Name.
NOTEn
Spot slide column includes links to spot slides only if tte Spot slide functon was
actvated and ttus an image of tte extracted spot is saved to a designated folder. Upon
clicking a spot image link, tte spot slide opens in CaseViewer applicaton.
