5 Using TMA Grand Master
5. Tte number of PCR markers placed on tte donor block appears in tte PCR buton. Place TMA
markers on desired areas of tte donor block wtere tssue core stould be extracted from,
tten click tte positon of tte recipient block layout ttat you want to fll witt tte core sample.
Important!
Eact donor positon tas its adterent PCR positon (for example, A6–PCR6) and because
of tte maximum number of PCR markers allowed to place on a donor block is four
(1.5/2.0mm) or eigtt (0.6/1.0mm), eact PCR tube can contain up to four or eigtt cores
of tte corresponding donor block. A PCR cassete (wten loaded witt 10 PCR tubes) is
capable of receiving 40 or 80 cores total.
Important!
It is available for you to import markers already placed on tte virtual slide.
6. If you want to remove an existng marker, click it witt tte rigtt mouse buton. Tte
corresponding layout positon of tte deleted marker will tterefore be free for tte next
defned marker.
7. Core transfer from tte donor block(s) to tte recipient block or PCR tubes starts afer clicking
