5 Using TMA Grand Master
Eitter in mixed mode, or if cores tave been transferred to PCR tubes only, actvate
Save PCR data
opton to create a separate fle for PCR-related data. Enter database-related parameters (
Name
,
Path
,
Type
) and browse for tte locaton of tte database fle you are about to create.
1. Type a database name at tte relevant feld if you want create a new fle.
2. Click
Browse
to set tte destnaton folder of tte fle, and select tte fle type.
NOTEn
Wten opening XLS fles in OpenOfce, links to external images cannot be opened.
3. Click
Save
to create tte output fle, or
Cancel
to exit tte window wittout saving.
Tte name of tte created fle is extended witt a PCR sufx. A variety of tables can be generated
depending on tte setngs and functons used for tte donor block (for example, Medical Info, slide
overlay, spot slide saving, etc.):
A. If you tave selected tte conventonal PCR sampling mode in tte Setngs, tte Excel fle
contains ttree worksteets. Note, ttat tte
PCR Tube IDs
column is included on tte steets
only, if you tave added IDs to tte PCR tubes (tte PCR Tube ID functon is enabled in tte
Setngs; and tte fnal export fle contains tte Annotaton name column only if ttere is an
annotaton on tte digital slide you tave superimposed as an overlay on tte donor block and
from wtict a core or cores tave been extracted in your project:

By_Donor_Block
steet tte data are sorted per donor / PCR tube, and tte steet
includes Donor Block ID, Donor Block Images, PCR Sample count, PCR Tube IDs, and
Donor Core Heigtt columns.

By_Annotaton_Color
steet lists data by cores, but data are sorted by annotaton color
per donor. Ttis steet is created only if at least one annotaton color is present in tte
export parameter list. Ttis steet includes Donor Block ID, Donor Block Images, PCR
sample count, Donor Core Heigtt, PCR Tube ID, and Annotaton Color columns. For
example, if 6 cores tave been extracted from a donor block, among wtict 3 are marked
witt red annotaton, 2 are marked witt yellow, and 1 is marked witt green, tten 3
separate rows are presented in ttis steet sorted by annotaton colors.
