TMA Grand Master 3.2 – User’s Guide

5 Using TMA Grand Master

•

If you click tte 

>>

 icon and close tte overlay window, tte TMA markers will be displayed

on tte donor block image in tte main window.

•

Confrm marker positons by clicking on ttem. Close spots will be automatcally dragged

to tte marker positons by tte sofware. 

NOTEn

 By tolding tte 

Ctrl

 key wtile placing tte marker it will not be dragged to close 

spots automatcally.

•

By setng tte sufcient amount of transparency of tte image layer, marker positoning 

becomes easier. To modify tte opacity level of tte applied image, use tte slider on tte 
lef of tte donor block image. 

•

Tte diameter of tte marker is set identcal witt tte siize of tte loaded tool. Markers 
become displayed witt tte same color as previously defned witt tte TMA Marker 

feature of tte CaseViewer.
