Searchinn CaseCenter irtual Spot Slides
Searcting CaseCenter virtual spot slides is available directly from tte
Search
menu. Searct for
your recipient in
Core Info
view and click on tte links in tte
CC Spots
column. Tte frst virtual
spot slides for ttis core positon will be opened in CaseViewer. To open tte link, an actve
CaseCenter login is required.
5.9.3 Export
If you tave fnisted tte transfer process from donor to recipient block(s), you can export block-data
to a spreadsteet fle (separate worksteets will be created wittin tte fle for eact block).
If you want to fll otter sample cores into tte blocks at anotter tme, ttese fles can be used and to
wtict donor block data can be appended.
Depending on tte mode you operate TMA Grand Master in (eitter mixed mode or TMA only, or PCR
mode only) tte Export Window contains diferent felds and optons for export setngs.
1. In mixed or TMA mode, afer tte TMA blocks are created and you want to save block-related
data, click tte
Export
buton in tte main toolbar and tte Custom Export window appears.
Select a project from tte
Project
drop-down list. You can flter tte list by actvatng and
specifying tte tool diameter used in tte project afer actvatng
