PCR process is not supported in case tte sofware was restarted afer exitng wittout
closing it properly or loading tte project ttat tas been saved previously.
Tte TMA Grand Master is capable of creatng TMA blocks and core sampling into PCR tubes at tte
same project, or you may as well use any of tte two optons exclusively. If you want to use tte PCR
sampling functon of TMA Grand Master, simply insert tte necessary amount of PCR cassetes into
tte designated slots. Tte sofware automatcally scans tteir presence and positons during loading
block and/or cassetes to donor trays.
Tte PCR buton on tte rigtt of tte donor block image is automatcally displayed if a PCR cassete is
properly inserted to its slot on tte donor tray you tave selected to work on.
