If you replace tte donor block but tte PCR tube for tte given positon remains in tte
cassete and additonal cores will be selected for PCR extracton, tte PCR tube will
contain cores from diferent blocks.

Slide overlay
functon it is available for you to select a slide image (from various sources and
of diferent formats) superimposed on tte donor image. It is also possible to superimpose all slides by
clicking
on tte donor ttumbnail bar. Tte digitized slide image (located eitter manually or
automatcally) can be refned and aligned to matct tte positon of tte block image.
