in tte pop-up window to delete ID and tte markers of tte previously used donor
block.
If you remove a donor block to wtict cores are selected to be transferred, tte sofware
displays a message to warn you to place tte block back to its positon.
Tte lock on tte rigtt side of tte donor block represents tte status of tte door of tte device.
If ttis icon pulsates in red and green, it means ttat ttere is a donor block from wtict all of
tte selected cores are extracted. If ttis tappens, you must click tte lock buton frst on tte
GUI, tten tte buton on tte door to open it.
Tte lock automatcally turns green afer a process is fnisted. Eact tme afer you remove or
replace a block, tte camera records tte block positon, so tte sofware displays an updated
image almost instantly.
Important!
Make sure wten removing fnisted donor block (if every core selected for PCR transfer
tas been extracted and loaded into tte PCR tube) togetter witt tte relatng PCR tube.
Tte following message is displayed to inform you about positon number of tte donor
and tte relatng PCR tubes.
