Before startng tte transfer process, follow tte sequence of steps below to place markers on donor
blocks from wtict locatons cores will be extracted to tte selected recipient positons or PCR tubes.
1. To place a PCR marker on a donor block, frst turn on PCR functon by clicking tte PCR buton
on tte rigtt of tte donor block image.
