Nozzle (1) Screen
The purpose of this screen is to configure the Nozzles values. This screen has some individual nozzle
parameters and it can have different quantity of parameters depending on how many nozzles has the
turbine.

Visibility: Always Enter how many nozzles has the turbine.

Load Sharing Gain
*6(1,6) Nozzles
Visibility: Always Load share gain is used to equalize the flow between the
Nozzles. If this parameter is kept too small the flow equalizing
might take too long. If it's kept too large there might be
oscillation between nozzles. Therefore this parameter should be
kept with its default value as much as possible.
User Level: Service
Nozzle x ON %*6(1,6) Nozzles
Visibility: If Nozzle x is used Value used to enable the nozzle to control the turbine. This
value will be compared with baseload setpoint (when in
baseload control) or with droop reference (when not in baseload
control) and if greater than will enable the nozzle.

Nozzle x OFF
%*6(1,6) Nozzles
Visibility: If Nozzle x is used
Value used to disable the nozzle to control the turbine. This
value will be compared with baseload setpoint (when in
baseload control) or with droop reference (when not in baseload
control) and if smaller than will disable the nozzle.
User Level: Service
The operator can go to the rotation screen pressing the soft key “Rotation”. The page Rotation will be
explained below.
