This parameter defines the baud rate of the IRDA port.
The following data values may be assigned to this parameter:

The following bits are used with this parameter:
Bit 0-2 = Speed Sel
Bit 3 = Accl Sel
Bit 4-6 = Event Length
Bit 7-8 = Dir Sel
Bit 9-10 = Output Sel
These parameters configure the time, number of pulses, or analog level of sequencer
steps 1 through 9, respectively. See
