Open and View Report 

 
There are two ways to open a report: 
 

1.

 

Menu Bar

:  Use the 

Open

 selection. 

2.

 

Toolbar

:  Click the 

Open and View a Report

 icon. 

 
 
When you make one of the above 
selections, the 

Select a Report

 

window will launch.   
 
Select a report from the list by double-
clicking the report title.  This will 
launch the 

Report Parameters

 

window 

(See figure 9-12).

   

 
 
If the report does not appear on the 
list, double-click the 

More Reports

 

selection at the top of the window.  
This will launch the 

Open 

window

 

(See figure 9-11).
