Error Messages 

 
The following table contains numbered error messages.  Rows that have 
more than one number indicate that the error could appear in different 
locations however the action for both errors is the same.

2. Check if loose fiber has been 

caught in optics and 
remove.  If problem persists, 
reboot entire system.

Failed To Setup Daisy Chain For 
Smart Motors. 

Check for loose cables and then 
restart the Program from the 
Desktop. 
Can also indicate loose or 
damaged smart motor cable or 
a bad control board.  Go to L/S 
CTRL Board Diagnostics and 
turn motors ON/OFF to check 
functionality.
