Initial Steps
1.
Complete the steps in the Prepare the Machine for Maintenance
section of this document to ensure that the machine is in a safe state for
maintenance.
The machine must be powered down and the site's Lockout/Tagout
procedure executed during this procedure to ensure personal safety.
2.
Remove the FlexJet Head. Refer to the Removing the FlexJet Head
procedure located in this document.
Use ESD precautionary measures when handling the OTH Camera
Assembly. Also, use extreme caution when removing the OTH Camera
Assembly from the FlexJet head. Jarring, bumping or mishandling may
damage to the assembly.
3.
Remove the Camera assembly from the FlexJet Head. Refer to the
Removing an OTH Camera Assembly section of the Camera Assembly,
2.6 OTH document.
4.
Remove the nozzles from Coupler Body Assembly. Refer to the
Installation/Removal of Nozzle section of the FlexJet Spindle Assembly
document.
