This Document Supports Assembly 47541109 Rev. F

Disassemble the FlexJet Head

Use ESD precautionary measures when handling the PCA Flex Jet
Control and associated cabling.

1.

Disconnect all cables from the PCA Flex Jet Control.

2.

Remove the PCA Flex Jet Control by removing the 4 side screws and
washers and the 2 upper screws and washers.  Refer to the following
diagram, but leave the upper PC board Bracket mounted to the head.
Do not remove the large Bracket from the PC board.

3.

Remove the 2 screws and the Optic Bracket from the Optical Sensor
Assy.  But leave the Z Safe emitter and receiver attached.  Refer to the
following diagram.
