Select
Machine Status > Diagnostics > Discrete I/O > Heads
The Discrete I/O - Head Subsystem I/O window displays.

From the
Select Head #
group box, select the number of the head.
Select
1
for front of beam or
2
for rear of beam.
4.
Highlight
STOP_BRAKE
located in the
Select Outputs
field.
Select the
Reset Outputs
button. If a message box displays asking to
place machine in Diagnostic Mode, select
Yes
.
5.
Deselect
STOP_BRAKE
located in the
Select Outputs
field and
highlight
STOP_CLUTCH
. Select the
Set Outputs
button.
The machine cover must remain open during this procedure to place the
Interlock circuit in the violated state, disabling machine servo axes.
Failure to comply could result in serious personal injury.
6.
Open the machine cover and remove the FlexJet Head Cover. Then
remove the safety cover below the hinged cover.
