This Document Supports Assembly 47541109 Rev. F

Disconnect the input pneumatic line from the male elbow fitting on the
FlexJet Head. Refer to the following diagram.

Male Elbow Fitting

Disconnect the Manifold Tubings from the 7 hose fittings underneath
the Manifold Assembly. Refer to the following diagram.

Hose Fitting

Clearflo Tubing

Remove the 3 screws that secure the Manifold Assembly to the Z-Axis
Index Housing.

Remove the faulty Manifold Assembly.

Install the New Manifold

Install the new Manifold Assembly.

Install the 3 screws that secure the Manifold Assembly to the Z-Axis
Index Housing.
