Definition

‘Resulting depth [µm]:’  ( ‘Incision 2’ )

Absolute depth of the incision 2 given in microns.

‘Position [°]:’  ( ‘Incision 1’ )

Defines the position of the first cut.

‘Position [°]:’  ( ‘Incision 2’ )

Position of the second cut, normally position angle from first

cut + 180°.
