8.12 AEI Antennas

Not all sites have AEI antennas. When present, there are two AEI antennas per track. If your
site doesn't have AEI antennas, skip this section and go to

8.13 Batteries

Connect the cable from each AEI antenna to its respective coaxial arrestor on the Surge
Protection Subassembly (in the SmartScanIS enclosure). The northmost or eastmost
antenna,
