RMA Returns
Your SpectraGuard Support representative may ask you to return the library or a
component to Spectra Logic for servicing. To make a return for service:
1.
Obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from a Technical
Support representative; this number identifies the part on its arrival.
2.
Pack the component in its original shipping materials and in the manner
instructed by Spectra Logic.
Note:
If the component is improperly packed, the warranty is void.
If you do not have appropriate packaging materials or have any
questions about packaging, contact SpectraGuard Support.
3.
Send the component to the following address:

Note:
Be sure to reference the RMA number on your library or
component, or its repair will be delayed.

For follow-up on RMA items, contact SpectraGuard Support.
Caution:
Do not ship the Spectra T24 library with tape cartridges still in
the library.
