Powering On for the First Time
1.
Turn on the library using the power button on the front panel.
2.
Check the library’s front panel to make sure that the library is receiving power.
Note:
If the library is not powering on, check the power connections and
check your power source.
During initialization, all four library LEDs are illuminated briefly, followed by a
flashing READY LED. The OCP displays basic status.
When the initialization sequence is complete, the home screen displays,
showing the Spectra Logic logo and the general status.
3.
Plug in the host server or workstation and all attached devices.
4.
Turn on any other devices you turned off earlier.
5.
Turn on the host server.
