Capturing Traces
Library traces provide information about the library’s history (since last restart); they
can be very valuable in troubleshooting efforts.
Note:
Library traces should only be performed under the direction of
SpectraGuard Technical Support.
1.
Log in to the RLC as Admin or Service.
2.
Select
Service > Library Logs
. The Logs screen appears (Figure 7-2).
3.
Use the
Log Type
drop-down menu to select the type of trace to run: Error,
Informational, Warning, Configuration Change, or Standard.
4.
In the
Start Entry
field, type the number of the first trace entry to be shown.
5.
In the
Number of Entries Per Page
field, type the number of entries to view the
page (the maximum is 25 entries).
