Contents

Alternatively, you can rename the folders or create additional
folders to store your documents, and locate these folders
anywhere in your Windows file system.

When you scan a document, you have the option of assigning
Author, Title, and Keyword entries to it. You also have the option
of adding it to an existing search database on your system for
later search and retrieval.

Additionally, with Pagis Pro tools, any document that is stored on
your system as a XIF file,or another supported image file format,
can be copied, faxed, edited, and e-mailed to others.

Using TextBridge OCR built into Pagis Pro or the MiniViewer,
you can also extract text from XIF files and export it to your word
processor, spreadsheet, or other text-based programs to edit as
you wish.
