Command Function
Save As Displays a standard Windows Save As dialog box to
enable you save the current document to another
name and/or location. A checkbox in the Save As
dialog box enables you to save the current page only.
The current page is the page currently displayed in
the Pagis Editor page view area.
Export Enables you to save the current XIF (version 3.0)
document to another image format. For more
information, see “Exporting XIF to Other Image
Formats” later in this chapter.
Send To Provides a quick way to export the current XIF
document to any of the programs that are on the
Pagis SendTo Bar. See “Exporting XIF to Other
Image Formats” later in this chapter.)
Properties Displays the File Properties dialog box, which
reports the number of pages and annotations in the
document. In addition, the File Properties dialog box
provides three fields that you can enter text into—
Title, Author, and Keywords. It also provides an
Update button to add the current document to a
Pagis search database for later search and
retrieval.
Page Setup Displays a dialog box to view and change the print
properties of the document. For information, see
“Preparing a XIF Document for Printing.”
Print
Preview Displays a view of how the page will look when it is
printed. In the Print Preview dialog box, buttons are
provided to print, display another page, display two
pages up, zoom, and close the view.
Print Displays a standard Windows Print dialog box. In
the Print dialog box, you can specify the pages(s) of
the document to print. You can also change the
printer and its properties, specify print quality, and
the number of copies.
