4. Type a search string in the Containing text: box.
Search strings can be very simple (a single word or a phrase), or
they can be quite complex. See the next subsection, “Defining
search strings” for information about refining your search.
5. Define additional search properties.
You can specify additional search properties that further define
the search. Click one of the tabs (for example, Search Options) to
bring this dialog box to the front.
See “Other search properties” later in this chapter for more
information.
6. Click the Find Now button, or press Enter, to start the
search.
Documents meeting the search criteria are shown in the view
area of the Search Tool main window (refer to Figure 4–65).
