Eliminate office clutter
With the tools that Pagis Pro provides, it is possible to eliminate
a lot of paper documents that clutter up your office.
Even if you do not achieve the goal of a paperless office
completely, you can certainly reduce the amount of paper, and
become more organized in the process.
When you receive a document—a memo, letter, invoice, receipt,
and so on—consider whether you can scan the document into
your computer and throw away the original.
Over time, the more documents that you scan and store
electronically, the fewer that will be cluttering your office or
home.
When you install Pagis Pro, it creates the
Pagis Inbox icon
on
your desktop. This is the default location for your scanned
documents.
In the Pagis Inbox are a number of
Pagis Folders
for organizing
your scanned documents:
Business Materials
Finances
Home
Magazine Articles
Photographs
Recipes
You can specify any of these folders as the storage location for
your scanned documents.
