:FETCh:BURSt:MACCuracy:RMS:STATus?

This command reads out the status of the RMS measurement of the modulation accuracy taken over
the selected number of bursts.

0: failed, 1: passed

This command reads out the average of the RMS measurement of the modulation accuracy taken
over the selected number of bursts.
