Fault Category - Card
Card Faults are errors that occur in the hardware cards, either in the entire
card or in one of its components.

The conference cannot be
reserved as there are insufficient
resources.
This may be caused when the
reserved conference requires
MUX, T1, audio, video or data
resources that are not currently
available on the system. Such a
problem can occur if something in
the configuration has changed
since the reservation was made,
such as, removal of a card,
changes to the MUX configuration,
or changes to the network service
configuration.
