You can set the MGC Manager to highlight in red all participants that have a
problem with their connection and require operator assistance.

To mark faulty participants in red in the MGC Manager:

On the

Options

menu, click

Mark Faulty Participants in Red

In the MGC Manager all participants requiring operator assistance are
highlighted in red, as shown in the Monitor pane.
